Welcome to Ruffles. by Megan. By browsing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and collaborators. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom & Made to Order Items

Every pillow at Ruffles. by Megan is handmade with care and made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in fabric, color, ruffle fullness, and finishing may occur from piece to piece. These variations are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each pillow uniquely yours. All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

3. Sizing

All measurements are approximate. When placing a custom order, the customer is responsible for providing accurate dimensions. Ruffles. by Megan is not responsible for sizing errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If you have any questions about sizing before placing your order, please don't hesitate to reach out — we are happy to help.

4. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our website. All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. Ruffles. by Megan reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Turnaround & Shipping

Custom pillows are made to order and require production time before shipping. Current turnaround times are listed on our shop page and may vary during peak seasons. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Ruffles. by Megan is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you to make it right. We want you to love your pillow and will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

7. Wholesale & Designer Collaboration

Ruffles. by Megan welcomes inquiries from interior designers and boutique retailers interested in collaboration or wholesale purchasing. All wholesale and collaboration arrangements require a separate agreement and are handled privately. Please reach out to us directly to begin the conversation.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, content, and branding associated with Ruffles. by Megan are the sole property of Ruffles. by Megan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our images or content is strictly prohibited.
