We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. No codes needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. ✓

Production & Processing Time

Every pillow at Ruffles. by Megan is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow time for your pillow to be made before it ships. Current production times are approximately 3-5 days and may vary during busy seasons. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Shipping Time Frames

Once your order has been completed and handed off to the carrier, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping time frames are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Ruffles. by Megan is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information please don't hesitate to reach out.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order before it leaves our hands. However if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of your expected delivery date. Send us a message with your order number and photos if applicable and we will work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time we ship within the contiguous United States only. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally and are interested in placing an order please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
