Because every pillow is lovingly handmade to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders. However your happiness means everything to me. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please reach out to me within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos and I will do everything I can to make it right.
